The purchase procedure is done in 3 steps.
1 - Sending an email to our contact (masiartes@gmail.com) expressing interest in purchasing products from our collections. The email must indicate which or which works. We will send the values ​​of each;
2- We will contact you to finalize your order or schedule your visit to the studio, to check the work (s);
3- Once the order and payment are completed, you can pick up the product at the address of our studio or schedule delivery;
Payment
Payment is made under the following conditions:
1- Cash on demand;
2- Bank transfer;
3- No cash check or:
We are a family owned and operated business.
4- On credit or debit card, in our studio.
Installed in up to 2 times for amounts above R $ 450.00. Products over R $ 1,000.00 can be paid in up to 3 installments.
Deadlines and procedures
For purchases of products under order, a deadline of 15 to 30 working days for delivery is established;
Our works are delivered framed, guaranteeing the aesthetic and physical quality of the pieces;
The frames are carefully defined by the artist. All are in wooden box or mdp with different finishes and 4mm colorless glass top.
Other important points:
All works have pairs, that is, only two are produced for sale. This guarantees greater exclusivity;
In the event of withdrawal after completion of the sale, a penalty of 20% on the value of the work is applied and the remainder is returned to the customer;
The paintings have a certificate of authenticity;

Deliveries
Our works are delivered personally in our studio or we schedule to take them to you. We deliver throughout Goiania-GO, free of charge.
In other locations, we ship via Sedex.
